FAQ's What is your return policy? TOP
We offer a "no questions asked, full money-back guarantee." All merchandise and services are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. You may exchange merchandise or make returns within 30 days of your purchase. For returns, your money will be completely refunded within 30 days.
What method do you use for shipping? TOP We normally ship using USPS Priority Mail. Our shipping and handling charges are set to correspond with dollar amounts purchased. For purchases less than $50.00, the charge is $5.75. A fee of $2.00 is added for each additional $50.00 in merchandise, with a maximum shipping charge for the US being set at $13.75.

Do you sell and ship to countries outside the United States? TOP Yes, we value our WUB friends who live all over the world. We usually ship using the United States Postal Service, but can use other methods when requested.
We highly recommend that payment be handled through Pay Pal because we have found this to be the most reliable and convenient way to handle international purchases. There may be additional shipping charges, but we take care of the difference for 1st Class International Shipping whenever possible.
Do you guarantee your classes? TOP
All seminars and class fees will be billed within 30 days of the class date. Classes are designed to meet student needs. If you attend a class and it is not what you expected, you may request a refund of the teaching fee and it will be returned to you in full within 30 days. If you complete a class, but later have questions about class material, feel free to contact Patti. You can email by clicking on the link at the top of the page that says "Contact Us."
What if my jewelry breaks? TOP
We want you to enjoy your jewelry and wear it for a long time. Our jewelry is carefully constructed with quality parts so that it is durable. If your jewelry breaks with normal wear during the first 30 days, you may return it to us for repair that meets your satisfaction or you may return it to us and request a full refund. If your jewelry breaks during the first 6 months of wear, please notify us and we will make every attempt to repair it. It is requested that you pay shipping after the first 30 days.
Do you take special orders? TOP
Yes, we enjoy making custom pieces of jewelry to match your favorite outfit! On occasion, a reasonable deposit may be requested. If you see a piece of jewelry in our store that you would like to have in a different color, please contact us. While it is often difficult to reproduce our designs exactly, we often can make suggestions of similar materials that would work equally well. If you would like a particular size or length, we can often accommodate your request. Most existing pieces can be shortened, and many times we can lengthen a piece.
