    1. Q: Do you offer payment by checks?
      A: No, currently we do not offer payment by check due to a large number of fraudulent checks. All checks sent to us will be returned to you. We do, however, offer payment via echeck through PayPal.
    2. Q: Do you have a catalog that you could send me?
      A: No, currently we do not have a printed catalog.

    3. Q: I was looking for a specific item that I can't find on your site. Do you stock it?
      A: Chances are that we don't have it in stock. We keep practically everything we carry on our site. Our search engine is a great tool for finding specific items on our site.
    4. Q: Do you have a minimum order amount?
      A: We do not have a minimum order, but a $5.00 charge will be added to any order less than $25.00.
    5. Q: Where can I find a reliable currency converter?
      A: You can find an excellent universal money converter at http://www.xe.com/ucc/.

    1. Q: I'm having problems accessing the ebooks. Can you help?
      A: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the ebooks. You can get it for free here. If you have ordered one of our packages that comes with ebooks, you should receive a slip of paper in your package with a URL to access the ebooks. Open your browser and type that URL into the address bar and hit enter. Make sure you type it in EXACTLY as it appears on the piece of paper. If you see a "page not found" error, you have mistyped the URL. From there, all you have to do is click on the ebook that you would like to view.
    2. Q: How will my packages be shipped?
      A: You will have the opportunity to choose your shipping method when you check out.
    3. Q: Why isn't my credit on my invoice?
      A: If you placed an order and an item is out of stock or sold out, your invoice should state that the item was out of stock or sold out.  If you paid for the order with a credit card, then we issue a credit to your credit card.  If paid for the order through PayPal, then we will send that amount to you via PayPal.  If you placed an order and did not receive an approval number at the time of placing the order, then we will subtract the amount in question before charging your credit card.  Please Note:   Credits may take up to one week before the credit shows up on your credit card account.
    4. Q: When will my credit be issued?
      A: Credits are issued once a week. You should see the credit on your next credit card statement.
    5. Q: What is the status of my order?
      A: You can retrieve your UPS tracking code from your account or locate the UPS # that was emailed to you. The UPS tracking number looks similar to 1Z9999W99999999999... You can enter your tracking number at www.UPS.com or even search your tracking # on a Google search that will take you to UPS.com

    6. Q: What should I do if my package is missing an item?
      A: Please contact our customer service as soon as you possible can. Please include your order number, first name, last name, contact information, and a description of what is missing from your order.
    7. Q: Where is my order number?
      A: You are assigned an order number at the end of check out. You should also receive your order number in a confirmation email addressed to the email provided in your order. It is also listed on the invoice included with your package.

      A: We want you to be as satisfied with your order as possible. In the rare case something goes awry, please note the following: We happily accept returned product(s) within 30 days of the order date. All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted. Please call 1-801-409-0753 or email customerservice@wiredupbeads.com to request your RMA number. Purchased product(s) must be unopened in their original packaging to be accepted for return.
